Anti-Cellulite Sculpting Massage
Firm, deliberate handwork on the areas you actually care about — legs, glutes, stomach — from a specialist who doesn’t do half-pressure.
01 · WHAT IT IS
What it is.
This is vigorous, skilled manual work: kneading, rolling and lifting strokes concentrated on thighs, glutes, stomach and anywhere else you’d like smoother-looking skin. It is a working massage rather than a relaxing one — firm by design, adjusted to what you can comfortably take.
Cellulite is normal skin, not a condition, and we talk about it that way. What a course of sculpting massage changes is appearance and feel: many clients find the skin looks smoother and feels firmer, and that the treated areas feel lighter after each session.
One session leaves you feeling thoroughly worked. Visible change is a rhythm conversation — most clients book a series of weekly sessions, and it pairs naturally with Endospheres or pressotherapy if you want the machine and the hands on the same project.
02 · WHY IT WORKS
Why clients choose it.
Hands, not machines.
A specialist reading the tissue as they work — pressure and technique shift zone by zone.
Focused where it counts.
Seventy minutes spent on your priority areas, not spread thin over a routine.
Smoother-looking skin.
Over a course, many clients find the treated areas look smoother and feel firmer. That's the claim, and we'll stand behind it honestly.
The post-session lightness.
Legs in particular tend to feel lighter and less heavy after each visit.
Firm but negotiable.
It should feel strong and purposeful, never gritted-teeth. You set the ceiling.
Plays well with machines.
Alternates neatly with Endospheres or pressotherapy for clients running a fuller programme.
03 · YOUR VISIT
Your visit, step by step.
Consultation.
Which areas, what you're hoping to change, and an honest word about what massage can and can't do for appearance. Then we agree a starting pressure.
Preparation.
Warming strokes with oil to ready the tissue — the firm work never starts cold.
The massage.
Deep kneading, rolling and lifting through each zone in turn, working most where you've asked for most. Strong, rhythmic, purposeful.
Between sessions.
Water, movement, and a regular slot — weekly is the rhythm that shows. Mild pinkness or next-day tenderness in worked areas is normal and short-lived.
04 · PRICES
Prices.
Single session price. For a course, book weekly and we'll review progress with you as you go.
05 · GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered.
It's firm — noticeably firmer than a relaxing massage — and worked areas can feel tender the next day, like after a good training session. It should never be genuinely painful, and the pressure is yours to adjust at any moment.
Most clients commit to six to ten weekly sessions before judging results, and that's the honest window. One session changes how you feel; a course is what changes what you see.
Appearance changes hold best with maintenance — a session every few weeks once the course is done — alongside the usual suspects: movement and water. We'll tell you that before you start, not after.
Hands versus calibrated microvibration — the goal is similar, the sensation different. Plenty of clients alternate the two. If you're unsure, the free Endospheres consultation is a sensible place to ask, and we'll recommend without bias.
Thighs, glutes, stomach, hips and upper arms are the usual requests. The seventy minutes goes where you direct it — tell us your priorities and we'll weight the session accordingly.
