These terms apply to treatments booked with Show Me Your Nails (“SMYN”, “we”) and to purchases made from our online shop. SMYN is operated by [COMPANY DETAILS — registered company name, company number and registered office]. These terms were last revised on [DATE].

All appointments are booked through Fresha, our booking partner, and Fresha’s own booking terms apply alongside these. Prices shown on this site and on Fresha are in pounds sterling and may change from time to time; the price confirmed when you book is the price that applies to that appointment. Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before your treatment begins.

Gift cards are sold through our Fresha gift card page or as a physical card at the front desk — they are not sold in the site shop. They are redeemable against any treatment on our menu, are valid for the period stated at purchase ([CONFIRM] months unless stated otherwise), and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it. Lost physical cards can be reissued where we can verify the original purchase. Full details live in our Salon Policies.

Products ordered from our online shop are supplied under UK consumer law. You may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it and return unused, unopened products in their original packaging for a refund; for hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened cosmetic products unless they are faulty. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving. Your statutory rights — including remedies for faulty goods — are unaffected.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with a treatment or product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
