Endospheres Therapy
Sixty rotating spheres working compressive microvibration through the tissue — and an honest plan for a course, starting with a free consultation.
01 · WHAT IT IS
What it is.
Endospheres is a mechanical treatment, not a cream or a promise. A handpiece carrying 60 rotating silicone spheres moves over the body, delivering compressive microvibration — thousands of fine, rhythmic pulses that work through the skin and the tissue beneath it like an extremely precise percussion massage.
Clients book it for how their skin looks and feels: legs, glutes and stomach that look smoother and feel firmer, and the lighter-leg feeling that follows a session. We say ‘looks’ and ‘feels’ deliberately — this is a cosmetic treatment, and we won’t dress it up as medicine.
One session leaves you feeling worked and lighter. Visible change is a course conversation: we recommend 6 to 12 sessions, one or two a week, and at the free 20-minute consultation we’ll tell you honestly which end of that range your goals sit at. The £70 trial — a 40-minute session with consultation built in — is the sensible way to find out if it’s for you.
02 · WHY IT WORKS
Why clients choose it.
Compressive microvibration.
Sixty spheres, calibrated settings, repeatable pressure. A mechanical method — not heat, suction or injections.
No downtime.
Back to work, the gym or dinner the same day. At most, the treated area is pink for an hour.
Firm, not painful.
It feels like a strong, rhythmic vibration massage. Intensity is set to your tissue and adjusted as you go.
A face version exists.
The 30-minute sculpting face massage uses a smaller handpiece for jawline, cheeks and brow — £55.
A course with a shape.
Six to twelve sessions, one or two a week, progress reviewed as we go — not an open-ended subscription.
The consultation costs nothing.
Twenty minutes, free, and we'll tell you plainly if Endospheres isn't the right spend for your goal.
03 · YOUR VISIT
Your visit, step by step.
Consultation.
Free, 20 minutes. Your goals, the areas you care about, and an honest recommendation on course length — or the £70 trial session if you'd rather feel it first.
Preparation.
We assess the areas being treated and set the sphere pressure and vibration to your tissue and comfort.
The session.
The handpiece works each zone in slow, overlapping passes — 40, 60 or 90 minutes on the body, 30 on the face.
Between sessions.
No downtime; just drink water and carry on. We book the next visit before you leave — rhythm is most of the result.
04 · PRICES
Prices.
Session names are treatment time; bookings include preparation — a 40-minute body session books as 50 minutes. Courses of 6 and 12 sessions, priced below single visits, are on the Packages page.
05 · GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered.
A deep, rhythmic vibration rolling over the tissue — firm and noticeable, closer to a strong percussion massage than anything painful. The settings are adjusted to you, and you can ask for less or more at any point.
Six to twelve, at one or two a week, depending on the area and the change you're after. We'll give you a straight answer at the free consultation — including a smaller number, if that's the truth.
Over a course: skin that looks smoother, feels firmer, and legs that feel lighter after each session. Cellulite is normal skin, not an illness — what a course changes is its appearance, and that's the only claim we'll make.
None. The treated area can look pink for up to an hour, and that's the extent of it. Clients come at lunchtime and go back to work.
Same principle, different scale. The body sessions work legs, glutes, stomach and arms in 40 to 90 minutes; the 30-minute face version uses a smaller handpiece over the jawline, cheeks and brow for a sculpted, de-puffed look.
The feel of a single session fades within days. Course results hold for months and hold best with maintenance — one session every few weeks. We'll be honest about that trade-off before you commit, not after.
