Microneedling
Thousands of controlled micro-channels that ask your skin to rebuild itself — texture, tone and the appearance of scarring, treated over a course.
01 · WHAT IT IS
What it is.
Microneedling uses fine sterile needles to create thousands of controlled micro-channels in the surface of the skin. The channels close within hours; the response they trigger doesn’t. Your skin treats each one as a repair job and answers with fresh collagen and elastin over the following weeks.
That’s why results follow a curve, not a switch. Skin looks a touch brighter within days, but the real change — texture, fine lines, enlarged pores, the appearance of acne scarring — builds over four to six weeks as new collagen forms. Sessions are spaced the same four to six weeks apart for the same reason, and most goals want a course of three or more.
The exosomes option applies a regenerative serum while the channels are still open — the one window when skin can genuinely take an active in. It’s the step up for skin that needs more than maintenance, and we’ll say honestly whether yours does.
Downtime is real but short: pink to red for 24 to 48 hours, sometimes light flaking on day two or three. New to needling? Start with the 30-minute consultation — we assess your skin and history, and test products on a small area first if your skin is reactive.
02 · WHY IT WORKS
Why clients choose it.
Collagen from your own skin.
Nothing is implanted or filled. The needles start a repair response; your skin does the actual building.
Texture is the headline.
Roughness, enlarged pores, fine lines and the appearance of acne scarring — the things creams sit on top of.
Bespoke depth, bespoke serums.
Needle depth is adjusted zone by zone — forehead is not cheek — and the serums are chosen for your skin, not a set menu.
Face, neck, décolleté.
Three coverage options — because sun and time don't stop at the jaw.
Honest downtime.
Pink to red for 24 to 48 hours, occasional flaking after. Plan around it — we'll help you time the course.
Spacing that matches biology.
Four to six weeks between sessions is how long collagen takes to build. Closer together helps nobody, so we don't offer it.
03 · YOUR VISIT
Your visit, step by step.
Consultation.
Thirty minutes with our beautician: skin, history, medication, goals — and a course plan with honest numbers. Reactive skin gets products tested on a small area first.
Preparation.
Skin is cleansed and degreased, the treatment mapped zone by zone, and depth settings chosen for each area.
The treatment.
Controlled passes across each zone, serums applied as the channels open. One hour for the face; up to 1 hour 30 with neck and décolleté.
Aftercare.
No makeup for 24 hours, no retinol or acids for 72, SPF every morning without exception. Redness settles within 24 to 48 hours.
04 · PRICES
Prices.
Prices are per session. Courses are planned at the consultation and spaced four to six weeks apart.
05 · GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered.
It feels like fine sandpaper passing over the skin — sharper over bone, milder on the cheeks. Depth is adjusted the moment you say so — comfort is part of the technique.
Pink to red for 24 to 48 hours, like a day in the sun, with possible light flaking on day two or three. Makeup can go back on after 24 hours. Don't book within a week of an occasion that matters.
Usually three or more, four to six weeks apart — the time your skin needs to build collagen between visits. One session brightens; a course changes texture.
A regenerative serum applied while the micro-channels are open, so it reaches where skincare normally can't. Worth it for scarring, sun damage and skin that's stopped responding to good products — and we'll say if it isn't, for yours.
Yes — active acne flare-ups, some medications and skin conditions, and pregnancy all mean not today. The consultation exists to catch this: we'd rather postpone than needle skin that isn't ready.
A brighter look within days; the real change from week four onward, compounding across the course. Microneedling rewards patience — we'll show you the timeline before you start.
