Relaxing Wellness Massage
Seventy minutes with nowhere to be and nothing to fix. Slow, warm, full-body — the appointment your calendar has been missing.
01 · WHAT IT IS
What it is.
This is massage with no agenda beyond your switching off: long, flowing, full-body strokes with warm oil, at a pressure you choose and a pace that never hurries. It isn’t deep tissue and isn’t trying to be — for focused muscular work, we offer that separately.
Choose seventy minutes for a complete head-to-toe session, or a hundred for the version where time genuinely stops mattering. The Ultimate Full Body Rejuvenation adds face and scalp work to the long format, so nothing is left out.
There’s also a 40-minute head massage with Darsonval — gentle scalp work finished with a fine high-frequency current over the scalp, which many clients find leaves the head feeling remarkably light. It’s become the quiet favourite of people who carry their week between their temples.
02 · WHY IT WORKS
Why clients choose it.
Actual quiet.
A warm room, low light, and a full stretch of time that belongs to no one else.
Pressure to order.
Featherlight to firm — set at the start, adjusted whenever you like, no heroics required.
Genuinely full body.
Back, legs, arms, hands, feet — and face and scalp in the Rejuvenation format.
The lighter feeling after.
Many clients describe walking out feeling looser, calmer and about half a stone less worried.
A head-only option.
Forty minutes on scalp, neck and shoulders with Darsonval to finish — ideal midweek.
Easy to pair.
Before a manicure or pedicure is the popular order. Arrive tense, leave twice fixed.
03 · YOUR VISIT
Your visit, step by step.
Consultation.
Two minutes, not twenty: pressure, areas to focus on, areas to skip, oil preferences. Then we stop talking.
Preparation.
A warm, quiet room prepared before you arrive. Undress to your comfort level; you're covered throughout except the area being worked.
The massage.
Long, continuous strokes building from light to your chosen pressure, moving through the body without rush — seventy or a hundred minutes of it.
Afterwards.
A few minutes to surface, water, and no obligation to be articulate. Drink well for the rest of the day and let the evening stay slow if it can.
04 · PRICES
Prices.
Durations are full appointment times. Choose your length when booking; pressure and focus are agreed in the room.
05 · GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered.
Seventy minutes covers the full body properly. A hundred lets each area take the time it wants — it's the one clients call 'the reset'. If it's your first visit and you're undecided, start with seventy; you'll know by minute ten which camp you're in.
Intent. Deep tissue works specific muscles firmly and can be intense; this is flowing, full-body and calibrated for calm. You can ask for firmer pressure here, but if you want targeted muscular work, book our deep tissue massage instead.
Forty minutes of unhurried scalp, neck and shoulder work, finished with a fine high-frequency wand passed over the scalp — a gentle tingling many clients find deeply pleasant. People book it for the lightness afterwards; it's a wellbeing treatment, and we promise nothing grander.
Before: arrive a few minutes early and skip the heavy lunch. After: water, an easy pace, and ideally no meetings requiring sharpness within the hour. This is a treatment best not sandwiched.
Yes, and massage first is the right order — polish and relaxation both survive it better. Book both on Fresha or ask us to arrange the timing.
