Pressotherapy
Forty-five minutes inside a compression suit that squeezes in slow, travelling waves — the express route to lighter-feeling legs.
01 · WHAT IT IS
What it is.
Pressotherapy is lymphatic drainage done by machine: you lie back in a suit of air chambers wrapped around legs and lower body, and it inflates and releases in slow, rhythmic waves that travel upwards — a firm, even, strangely soothing squeeze, repeated for forty-five minutes.
Clients book it for how it feels afterwards: legs that feel lighter and less heavy, ankles that feel less puffy at the end of a long day, and the particular calm of lying still while a machine does the work. It’s a wellbeing treatment, and that’s the whole claim.
As the express option, it slots into a lunch break, follows a flight or a long week on your feet, and pairs neatly with a pedicure. For hands-on drainage, our manual lymphatic massage is the fuller version; for a course conversation, Endospheres is next door on the menu.
02 · WHY IT WORKS
Why clients choose it.
The lighter-leg feeling.
The reason people rebook — legs and ankles feel noticeably lighter after a session.
Genuinely express.
Forty-five minutes, no oil, no shower needed. Back to your day immediately.
Even, repeatable pressure.
The suit delivers the same calibrated wave every time, adjusted to your comfort.
Effortless by design.
You lie still and warm; the machine does all the work. Many clients doze off.
The frequent flyer's friend.
A favourite after long-haul flights and on-your-feet weeks.
Pairs with everything.
Before a pedicure, after a massage, or as its own standing weekly slot.
03 · YOUR VISIT
Your visit, step by step.
Consultation.
A quick check that pressotherapy suits you and what you want from it, plus your pressure preference. We'll suggest the manual version instead if it's the better fit.
Preparation.
Comfortable clothes on, suit zipped over legs and lower body, recliner back. That's the extent of the effort required from you.
The session.
The chambers inflate and release in waves moving up the legs, cycle after cycle, for forty-five minutes. Firm, rhythmic, oddly hypnotic.
Afterwards.
Unzip, water, done — no residue, no downtime. Drink well for the rest of the day; regulars book weekly or after every long trip.

05 · GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered.
A firm, warm squeeze travelling slowly up the legs, releasing, then beginning again — most clients describe it as deeply relaxing rather than clinical. The pressure is set to you and can be changed mid-session.
The machine is quicker, more affordable and perfectly consistent; the manual massage is longer, more tailored, and covers the body more completely. Many clients use pressotherapy as the weekly habit and book hands-on drainage when they want the full version.
For the feel-good effect, whenever your legs ask — after flights, long shifts, big weeks. Clients chasing a more consistent feeling of lightness tend to settle into a weekly rhythm.
Most people, yes, but not all — as with any compression treatment, some circulatory and other conditions don't mix with it. If you're pregnant or managing a health condition, check with your doctor first and tell us when you book; we'd rather advise honestly than assume.
Very easily — it's forty-five self-contained minutes. Before a pedicure is the classic pairing, and clients on an Endospheres or sculpting massage course often slot it between sessions.
