Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Feather-light, rhythmic, and always in one direction — the way your lymph actually moves. For puffy days, post-flight legs and that heavy feeling.

01 · WHAT IT IS

What it is.

Lymphatic drainage is the lightest massage on our menu, on purpose. The lymphatic system sits just under the skin and has no pump of its own — so the technique is gentle, rhythmic strokes that sweep fluid toward the lymph nodes, always in the direction of flow. Pressing harder would defeat the point.

Book it for the days your body holds water: after a long flight, before an event, late in your cycle, or when legs and face feel heavier than they should. Most clients notice the difference the same day — clothes sit differently, ankles reappear, the face looks less padded.

We’ll be straight about what it is not: it isn’t a detox and it isn’t a medical treatment. The effect is real and temporary — which is why it works best as a rhythm rather than a one-off. If you have a condition affecting your lymphatic system, heart or kidneys, or you’re pregnant, check with your GP before booking.

02 · WHY IT WORKS

Why clients choose it.

01

Same-day lightness.

Fluid that was pooling starts moving within the session. Most clients feel visibly less puffy by the evening.

02

Genuinely gentle.

No deep pressure, nothing to brace against. The rhythm is slow enough that plenty of clients doze off.

03

The post-flight reset.

Long-haul hours pool fluid in the legs and feet. This is the appointment that undoes them.

04

An event-week ally.

Booked a day or two before, it takes the water-weight edge off face, waist and ankles for the photographs.

05

Two durations, one logic.

1 hour 10 covers the full circuit; 1 hour 40 gives legs and stomach the extended attention they usually deserve.

06

Better as a course.

The effect is temporary by nature, so regularity is the strategy. Courses of 3, 6 and 10 sessions cost less per visit.

03 · YOUR VISIT

Your visit, step by step.

01

Consultation.

How you're feeling, recent flights, your cycle, any medical conditions. Gentle doesn't mean unconsidered.

02

Preparation.

A warm, quiet room — warmth matters here, because cold tissue holds on to fluid. Undress to your comfort, securely draped.

03

The massage.

We open the drainage points at the neck, underarms and groin line first, then sweep fluid from the limbs toward them in slow, repeated passes.

04

Aftercare.

Drink water and stay warm. Expect more trips to the loo today — that's the treatment working, not a side effect.

04 · PRICES

Prices.

Both durations book through the same Fresha service — choose inside. Courses of 3, 6 and 10 sessions, priced below single visits, are on the Packages page.

05 · GOOD TO KNOW

Questions, answered.
